on your wedding day, it’s my job to ensure that you can simply enjoy. there is no need for you, your bridal party, or your families to worry about whether pictures are on time, when the florist is arriving, or if your vendors have been fed. you can live in the moment and leave the timeline and the details up to me.

wedding day: 8 hours of coordination, ceremony coordination, set up decor, greet all vendors and show set up locations, coordinate with vendors (dj, photographer, catering) on timeline and flow, act as point of contact for vendors, assist wedding party and guests as needed, distribute final payments and gratuity to vendors, deal with any unforeseen issues

10 hours of coordination, in-depth consultation to discuss style and vision, assist in designing overall wedding theme, create wedding planning checklist to keep you on track, 3 wedding planning meetings, review vendor contracts, confirm all details with the appropriate vendors prior to wedding day

12 hours of coordination (including set-up and tear down), wedding mood board, assist with budget-tracking and management, assist with choosing and booking rehearsal dinner and post-weding brunch arrangements, work with client to complete planning timeline checklist for bookings, tastings, fittings, and payment dates, research hotel accommodations, create and coordinate vendor arrival, timeline distribution, and deliveries, manage the final walk-through at the venue to ensure the space diagrams, floor plans, schedules, and details are accurate, access to ‘bridal emergency kit’ on day of wedding, gather and safely packaging personal items after event
